Coaching aims to accompany and facilitate the change process and the release of latent talents.
Through active listening, emphatic support, questioning, reformulation and confrontation when appropriate, the coach acts as a “catalyst” for change.
Throughout sessions, the coach will provide individuals and/or teams with tools which will answer their needs in order to help them reach their professional objectives.
After the sessions, individuals will not only be able to identify their potential but will also be able to sustain personal development without any ongoing support from the coach.
